Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous injection flurbiprofen axetil on SBP,DBP,HR,glucose,cortisol and the adverse reaction at extubation period in patients undergoing laparoscopic operation under general anaesthetic,evaluate the result of flurbiprofen axetil on tracheal extubation and search for a suitable time for domestic people.Methods:60 ASAâ… -â…¡patients undergoing laparoscopic operation under general anaesthetic were randomly allocated into 4 groups with fifteen patients in each group. Groupâ… received flurbiprofen axetil 100mg before induction ; groupâ…¡received flurbiprofen axetil 100mg post operative; groupâ…¢received 0.9% sodium chloride injection 10ml ; groupâ…£received tramadol 2mg/kg post operative. Recorded the changes of SBP,DBP,HR at the time point of before induction(T0),aspirating sputum(T1),extubation(T2) and 1(T3),3(T4),5(T5)minutes after extubation, and the blood sample were taken at the six time point for determination of plasma cortisol and glucose. The recovering time of spontaneous breathing,opening the eyes,extubation and the adverse reaction such as bucking,restlessness,nausea,vomiting,lethargy,angina were recorded also.Result:Changes of HR,SBP,DBP:Compared with T0,the data of four groups were increased significantly(P<0.01)at T1,T2 and T3, and the data were recovered at T5 in groupâ… ,â…£(P>0.05),the data were still increased significantly(P<0.01)in groupâ…¡,â…¢at T5. Compared with groupâ…¢, the data in groupâ… ,â…¡,â…£were significantly lower(P<0.05) from T1 to T5. Compared with groupâ…£, in groupâ…¡the data were significantly higher(P<0.05)at T1 and T2 . Changes of plasma cortisol and glucose: Compared with T0,in groupâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…£, the data of plasma cortisol and glucose were increased significantly(P<0.01)from T1 to T5. Compared with groupâ…¢, the data in groupâ… ,â…¡,â…£were significantly lower(P<0.05) from T1 to T5. Compared with groupâ…£, in groupâ…¡the data of cortisol were significantly higher(P<0.05)from T1 to T3(P<0.05),and the data of glucose were significantly higher(P<0.01). Groupâ… andâ…£were comparable with respect to HR,SBP,DBP,cortisol and glucose from T1 to T5 .Compared with groupâ…¢,the occurrence of bucking,restlessness,angina were lower in groupâ… ,â…¡,â…£(P<0.05). Compared with groupâ…¢the recovering time of spontaneous breathing,opening the eyes,extubation were longer in groupâ…£(P<0.05).Conclusion : Intravenous injection flurbiprofen axetil at different time ( before induction and post operative )can attenuate the increase of the SBP,DBP,HR,glucose,cortisol, and the occurrence of bucking,restlessness and angina were lower. Before induction is more efficient than post operative intravenous injection flurbiprofen axetil.
