Objectives: The objectives were to find out the cognition status and requirement of Chinese medicine knowledge among Chinese medicine nurses in Xinjiang, To design the training plan of Chinese medicine knowledge, which can provide reference for relative department making measure, can provide theory foundation for setting up Chinese medicine curriculum of medical college and training of Chinese medicine nurses. Method: This research adopts sampling survey and Delphi method, This research includes two stages. The first stage was about basic investigation and analysis,The second stage was to design Chinese medicine nurses training plan for Chinese medicine nurses.Result: (1) The baseline survey showed that 62.33% have studied chinese medical nursing knowledge, 69.32% have studied Chinese medical foundation knowledge, 41.75% have studied Chinese medical nurseing operation.80.00% have attended foundation training of Chinese medicine science. (2) 80.19% Chinese medicine nurses hope to attend the Chinese medicine knowledge training. (3) The influence element of training is authorize, marriage ,limited quota of people, busy work and training before working. (4) 47.62% experts think it is very necessary to set up training of Chinese medicine science, 33.34% think it is necessary, 85.17% experts think the way of Chinese medicine nursing operating training skill is combining teaching with practice. 61.90% experts suggest that the scale of Chinese medicine knowledge is 4:1; 66.67% experts think the scale of Chinese medicine knowledge is 3:1, and 80.95% think it 1:1; 76.19% experts suggest that they should hold the task from clinical work of Chinese medicine nurses; training sets up three parts and 34 periods. Conclusion: (1) The learned status of Chinese medicine nurses is common; (2) The major of students were interested in learning Chinese medicine knowledge; (3) The scale of teaching and practice of the Chinese medical foundation knowledge is 4:1, Chinese medicine nursing is 3:1, the operating skill is 1:1. (4) Teachers shouded be came from clinic. (5) Chinese medical knowledge training plan be preseted three parts and 34 periods, with 118 lessons and 8 mobile lessons.
