Study On The Constitution Characteristic Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of The Vulgar Psoriasis Patients From Urumqi

Objective: Psorias is a kind of common,chronic and recurrent with erythema and scale, papula for main lesions of characteristic Skin disease. The incidence of the disease presents a rising tendency in the Past few years.Espcially the number of yonger patients are rising, intermission Shortening, pathogenesis extend as long as many yeares.Afect patients work and life severity.That bring galactic distress of physical and mental to patiens and familiality. We carried a surveys on the con-ditions of Psorias patients from Urumqi and analyzed its distributional regularity by questionnaires to find out the common categories and features so as to providing a new thread and methods to prevention and cure this disease. Methods: Investigated 583 patients of the vulgar psoriasis from Urumqi by Constitution characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutional rating scale with the patients having known the fact and agreed to it. Analyzed the constitutional characteristies of the vulgar psoriasis patients basing on Chinese medieine.Results:The percent of frequence of Patients'con-stitutions was presented by descending turns. That is qi de-ficiency,stagnation of qi, idiosyncracy, dampheat, Phlegma-tic dampness,yang asthenia,yin deficiency and moderation. The constitutions of qi deficiency, idiosyncracy, yang asthenia, stagnation of qi, yin deficiency, stagnation of blood, damp heat, Phlegmatic dampness and moderation was the descending frequency order of the Patients'having family histories. The percent of frequence of Patients'constitutions with 2 times every year course of disease was presented by descending tuns.That is idiosyncracy,qi deficiency, stagnation of qi, moderation , Phlegmatic dampness, yang asthenia, stagnation of blood, damp-heat and yin deficiency. Each patient among3 and 5 times every year course of disease was qi deficiency. stagnation of qi, idiosyncracy, stagnation of blood, yang asthenia, yin-deficiency. Declaration thoroughly the entity characteristic of occurrence and development of psoriasis are qi deficiency and stagnation of qi. insufficiency of healthy qi, the disease is chronic and recurrenty.Besides,invalidism disturbance healthy qi come to asthenia. Meanwhile, confirmed that the psoriasis patients'unhealthy psychological increase frequence of disease. The constitutions of idiosyncracy with familial inheritanee are easily to get psoriasis. Idiosyncracy are determined by parents and surroundings .
