For all data, t test, analysis of variance, x 2 test, Rank sum test and Logistic regression analysis were conduct, so as to get to know about the cognitive function and the influencing factors, independent danger factors and observe relevant indices. Results: 41 cases of this group had the depression related emotional disorders. accounting for 33.3%. There was significant difference in age, body mass index, metabolic control, education, economic status, diastolic blood pressure, economic status, course of disease and number of complications with capillary between depression and non-depression groups in diabetics( P < 0. 01). Glycemic control significantly correlated to their severity of depression. The results of multiple factor analysis showed that age(OR =2.806, 95%CI (1.493, 5.275), P =0.001), HbA1c(OR =2.680, 95%CI (1.355, 5.302), P =0.005), number of complications with capillary (OR =5.607, 95%CI (2.273, 13.830), P =0.000) were the risk factors of depression related emotional disorders in this group.
