A Laboratory Analysis Of Bypassing Root Canal Preparation And Warm Gutter Filling In The Intracanal Separated Insturment Of Oval Canal

Objective: To compare the warm gutta-percha filling(vertical condensation and high-temperature thermoplastic injection)and cold lateral consideration in the bypassing root canal preparation in the Intracanal separated instrument of oval canal. Methods: 1)Set molds, The new stainless steel 15 # K file break away from apical 4 mm the breaking length is 3mm in the oval canal of infradental, wihch was not removed with microscopy and ultrasonic technique; 2)Bypass preparation, 90 Models were randomly divided into three groups. Bypass preparated with hand K files, Protaper machine files and the Mtwo machine files and collect dentin debris and foramens. 3)Bypass obturation, 60 molds were randomly divided into three groups, bypass preparated with Mtwo files filled with vertical consideration, high-temperature thermoplastic injection and cold lateral consideration. Results: In the vitro condition, 1)Bypass root canal preparation, the quality of dentin debris and foramen outside the apical which caused by files is the Mtwo machine file group is less than hand K file group(P<0. 05), the Protaper machine file group is less than the hand K file group(P<0. 05), Mtwo machine nickel-titanium File group is less than the Protaper machine file group(P>0. 05). 2)In the vitro condition, vertical condensation group is better than the cold latera filling group(P<0. 05), vertical condensation group is better than the high-temperature of thermoplastic injection group(P<0. 05). The high -temperature thermoplastic injection group is better than the cold lateral consideration group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: When the instrument separated in the oval root canal, you can bypass preparation with Mtwo files and filled with vertical condensation.
