Post-disaster Reconstruction Of Jiangyou City Health Service Diagosis

To understand the present situation and influence factors of community health service requirements and utilization in Jiangyou City and then to provide the evidence for Jiangyou government to rationally dispose health resources and preferentially meddle with community hygiene and health problems.Methods Adopt both class and random sampling to take questionnaire surveys among 1533 community residents from Dakang Town, Yongping Town, Wudu Town and Central Town- Zhongba Town as well as 10 community health service centers of Jiangyou City.Results The two-week morbidity rate of the community residents in Jiangyou City is 17.03%, among them, the male is 18.20%, and the female is 16.08%. The two-week morbidity rate concerns with age, culture extent, profession, way of health care expenditures, etc. The morbidity rate of chronic disease is 38.09%, among them, the male is 39.61%, and the female is 37.13%. The morbidity rate of chronic disease grows by age. The top ten diseases of the chronic disease contain hypertension, chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, lumbodorsal pain and intervertebral disease, somnipathy, visual problems, rheumatoid arthritis and arthropathia, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, diabetes, heart disease and coronary artery disease as well as cephalagra. The morbidity rate of chronic disease concerns with age, employment and profession, culture extent, way of health care expenditures, etc. The two-week visit rate is 16.96%, among them, the male is 15.81%, and the female is 17.96%. The two-week non-visit rate is 47.51%, and the financial strait is its main cause.At present there are ten community health service centers in Jiangyou City, and their service covers totally 62.5 square kilometers as its radius is 9.5 kilometers. The amount of the community residents is 481,263, while the community health service covers 312,760, occupying 73.7%. The division installation of the community health service centers is all round, providing the assurance to accomplish"the sexinity method". The community health service centers with the divisions of medical treatment, prophylaxis, health care, rehabilitation, health education and birth control respectively occupy 93.33%, 59.96%, 90.91%, 29.09%, 63.64% and 8.48% of the amount of the community health service centers. The total staff of these ten community health service centers is 223, among them, medical technicians are 182, occupying 81.61%. Among the medical technicians, the general practitioner occupies 7.34% and 4.59% of the general nurse. There is no senior title among the medical technicians, while the intermediate level is 33, occupying 18.13%, and the primary title is 126, occupying 69.23%. The proportion of the medical technicians'title is unreasonable. At present, the highest educational background of the medical technicians in the community health service centers is junior college, and the medical technicians who hold the junior college degree are 30, occupying 16.48%, while the secondary school and the below are 152, occupying 83.52%. The educational background and the title of the medical technicians are generally low in the community health service centers in Jiangyou City. Conclusions The chronic illness frequency rate and the residents'medical demand are a bit high, but their community health service utilization ratio is low. Suggest the government making and implementing the policy of promoting dispose the town community health resources rationally and leading the residents to utilize the town community health resources rationally. Finally, uplift the residents'health guarantee standard.
