The Study Of The Performance Evaluation Index System Of County Hospitals In Chongqing

This study investigated the policy and main problems of survival and development of county hospitals in Chongqing, and also analyzed the status of the performance evaluation among them. It adopted survey, review and Delphi quantitative research. First of all, the data was collected by using simple, workable and controllable evaluation methods. Then, it was analyzed by SPSS to confirm the existing problems. Finally, 2 level one indicators, 8 level two indicators, 26 level three indicators, and 6 level four indicators were selected to construct the Performance Evaluation Index System of county hospitals in Chongqing. To conclude, The index system reflects county hospitals'responsibilities in the process of the healthcare system reform, highlights the social profit indicators in these hospitals. The Performance Evaluation Index System is well-target and well-guilding, and valuable for the performance evaluation in county hospitals of Chongqing.
