The incidences of heartburn (87/159, 54.72%) and regurgitation (114/159, 71.70%) were higher than nausea (75/159, 47.17%), insomnia (73/159, 45.91%), globus sensation (84/159, 52.83%),epigastric pain (40/159, 25.16%), abdominal distension (43/159, 27.04%) and chronic cough (26/159, 16.35%).The incidence of anxiety and depressive symptoms were 42.77% (68/159) and 38.36% (61/159).There was correlation between GerdQ and SAS or SDS .2. After four weeks treatment, the general availability rate of NERD (84.91%vs72.96%,P<0.05) was significantly higher than one week.3. Comparion of clinical score before and after treatmentAfter one week treatment,SAS score (43.07±10.47vs47.11±10.92, P=0.005) and SDS score(40.60±10.98vs44.59±11.28, P=0.001) were significantly lower than before. After four weeks treatment,SAS score (39.56±9.74vs43.07±10.47, P=0.005) and SDS score(36.99± 10.46vs40.60±10.98, P=0.001) were significantly lower than one week.ConclusionWhen treating NERD patients with rabeparazole, symptoms and psychological factors can be improved.
