Objective: To explore the structure characteristics of establishing curriculum and medical education model of seven years clinical medicine on the basic of medical education experciences in domestic and abroad, to provide the theoretical reference for improving our seven years clinical medicine education quality. Methods: The materials relating to the curriculum system construction all over the world and the entire condition of seven years clinical medicine in domestic were obtained by the method of literature analysis, field-work, collecting information, questionnaire. Guided by these theories, we chose six domestic medical universities/colleges as the representatives to compare. Results: The six domestic medical universities/colleges established traditional structure curriculum, however, the ingridients of contents and orgnization methods were not all the same. There was no uniform distributed model about methods, instruments, experiment skills and progressive courses. And the form of teaching and examining were various, the level of passing a course was also fairly traditional. On the basic of the enlightenments coming from the six medical universities, we insisted on"series integration"model in clinical teaching on the cultural frame of seven years clinical medicine. Conclusion: According to the national papers and investigation results above, we advise to establish"platform plus module"curriculum system construction of seven years clinical medicine in our university, to aim at improving the study of basic knowledge and promoting the general ability of scientific research, and to meet the needs of individual development . |
