| Objective:To explore the retrograde intramedullary nail and the femoral condyle anatomical plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar fracture efficacy for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the femur rational and effective manner. Methods:This paper reviews the theory of Chinese medicine in some of the femoral condyle fracture of the understanding, application of modern medicine in the anatomical characteristics of the fracture, classification, pathogenesis, diagnosis, complications and treatment research. Clinical inclusion criteria based in part on cases and case exclusion criteria, select Suzhou Chinese medicine hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 due to supracondylar fracture of the femur 27 cases of hospitalized patients, all patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation, which use the retrograde intramedullary nailing in 12 cases, the use of femoral condyle anatomical plate in 15 cases,4 to 12 months after operation were used for a return visit, the two groups by gender, age, fracture type, operative time, blood loss, fracture healing time comparison, etc., etc., functional recovery rates established by Neer criteria to evaluate the data using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. Results:On gender, age, fracture type side comparison, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); on the fracture healing time, side effect rating scores and efficacy comparison of two groups were not statistically significant (P> 0.05); on to surgery, retrograde intramedullary nail group compared with anatomical plate group of shorter operative time between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant difference (P> 0.01); on the operation Comparison of bleeding, retrograde intramedullary nail group compared with anatomical plate group blood loss was small, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01), with statistical significance. Conclusion:Retrograde intramedullary nailing of femoral condylar plate in the treatment of femoral fractures, in promoting fracture healing and functional recovery can be to achieve a satisfactory effect, both in the fracture healing time, score and rating aspects of efficacy was no significant difference. However, retrograde intramedullary nailing of femoral fractures, operative time was shorter, less blood loss, has certain advantages. Clinical applications, in combination with the patient condition, according to the specific circumstances of fracture, to develop optimal treatment plans, select the appropriate implant. |
