| Differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment base on an overall analysis of acne about dampness heat in spleen and stomach has a unique,made good efficacy and experience less side effects. This study is aim at clarifying the clinical curative efficacy to the treatment of acne about dampness heat in spleen and stomach by the yinchenhao decoction modified,and make the treatment utilized widely in clinic to improve the patient's quality of life.Review of paperTwo parts of the literature review:the first one is about the survey of its research in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine),including the cause and the treatment of the disease by famous TCM doctors,and the progress of elimilating acne formula in treating the disease in recent 5 years.The second one is about the survey of its,the pathogeny,the nosogenesis and the treatment in Western medicine.Dermatologists mainly use medicament of anti-androgen, antibiotics, amin A acid to cure acne vulgris now.Clinical study:Objective:To investigate the clinical curative efficacy to the treatment of acne about dampness heat in spleen and stomach by the the yinchenhao decoction modified,and make the treatment utilized widely in clinic to improve the patient's quality of life.Methods:Sixty-eight chosed cases of acne patients about dampness heat in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40) and the medicine control group(n=28).The treatment group was treated by the yinchenhao decoction modified and the medicine control group was given by roxithromycin capsule.After treatment of 1 therapeutic course,The resolution degree of skin lesion,level of sex hormone and Quality-of-life assessment in patients was measured before and after treatment to assessthe clinical curative efficacy.And the effects were compared to further assess the superior and inferior of the two treatment methods.Results:1.There were significant differences in the clinical efficacy after treatmentas the treatment group compared with the medicine control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the medicine control group w ith a statistically significant(P<0.05).2.To the treatment group,the curative effect and the degree of patient's condition have notable correlation(P<0.05).The moderate the degree is,the better the curative effect is obtained,while the curative effect and the length of course have notable correlation(P<0.05).1-5 year of course is,the better the curative effect is obtained;while the curative effect and age range have notable correlation(P<0.05),age range from 18 to 25,the better the curative effect is obtained.3.The score in the patients in both groups increased in self-feeling,in emotion function and in society function respectively,with a statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Then after treatment there were obvious differences in the score as the treatment group compared with the medicine control group in self-feeling,in emotion function and in society funetion respectively(P<0.05).4.The score in the patients in both groups improved on T,on E2,on P,and on SHBG expect DHEA-SO4, with a statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Then after treatment there were obvious differences in the score as the treatment group compared with the medicine control group on T, on E2 and on P(P<0.05).Conclusion:l.The treatment of the Yinchenhao decoction modified obviously eliminate clinical symptoms of acne on women about dampness heat in spleen and stomach.It is worthy of clinical application.2.The treatment to acne by the Yinchenhao decoction modified effects on inner human body by chinese medincine properly regulating and improves level of sex hormone of acne at last.3.The treatment to acne about dampness heat in spleen and stomach by the Yinchenhao decoction modified obviously improved patient specific quality of life.4.The treatment to acne on women about dampness heat in spleen and stomach by the Yinchenhao decoction modified has better clinical efficacy than roxithromycin capsule. |
