The Clinical Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yishen Huoxue Decoction On The Recover Nerve Root Fanction After Operation

After doing some researeh on artieles related to the lumbar canal stenosis in reeent 10 years, I did a literature review in which a detailed explation of etiology, pathogenesis, characteristic of treatment with TCM is given; meanwhilea comprehensive idea of etiology, diagnosis, pathologieal changges, clinical, types, characteristic of syptoms and methods of treatment of this disease with modern medicine is also expressed. The illustration uncovered the on-going researeh on Lumbar spinal stenosis and the various problems it demonstrates. The objective of this research is to fill the gap and hope fully provide a new approch for further study on this subject in the future.Objective:To explore the the improvement effect of Chinese medicine Yishenhuoxue Decoction on the lumbar nerve root injury after operation,and provide basis for rehabilitation studies of Lumbar spinal stenosis after operation in future.And make traditional Chinese medicine play an important position in Science of Orthopedics and Traumatology.Methods:Case selected a total of 30 cases, including 13 cases of male and 17 female, with an age of the 40 years old to 75 years old, with an average of 60.20±9.60years; covered by the cases that had been diagnosed definitely and operated. Postoperative use of conventional anti-infection,and dehydration treatment.According to the different postoperative specific medication, were randomly divided into rehabilitation exercise treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yishenhuoxue Decoction group (group A), mecobalamine combined with Celebrex (group B). Both of the groups is 15 cases. A group:after fasting lifted, giving Chinese medicine Yishenhuoxue Decoction oral daily one, two, even serving on the 7th for a course, last for six courses. B group:Use mecobalamine injection lmg once daily, after 6 days change it with mecobalamine pellet 0.5mg twice daily for oral use for 6 weeks; at the same time, after operatione,use Celebrex pellet 0.2g once daily for oral for 1 week. Evaluate the two groups of VAS and JOA score at preoperative and 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after operation.Results:In the clinical study, the groups A and B in patients VAS and JOA scores were significantly better than before the operation;One, two weeks and one month after operation, the VAS scores between the groups A and B have no statistical significance(P>0.05). Six weeks after operation, VAS scores of group A are slightly better than group B,the difference was significant(P<0.05).One and two weeks after operation,the JOA scores between the groups A and B have no statistical significance(P>0.05). one month and Six weeks after operation, JOA scores of group A are slightly better than group B,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the statistical analysis of the result before and after treatment of 2 groups,both traditional Chinese medicine Yishenhuoxue Decoction and mecobalamine combined with Celebrex can improve the nerve root function of lumbar spinal stenosis after operation.But the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yishenhuoxue Decoction is more significant.
