Clinical And Theoretical Research On TCM Therapy For PCOS In Puberty

Objective:Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaozhou menthod on Polycystic ovary syndrome, analyze the clinical experience of the traditional Chinese medicine on abnormal menstruation caused by PCOS in puberty。So give some clinical idea and methods to others.Method:Select 35 patients with PCOS。Classify them into two groups--the treatment group (20 patients) treated with Bushen Tiaozhou menthod, the control group (15 patients) treated with Diane-35。The course of treatment should be last 3 months. Using the standard detecting of BBT,T,P,E2,LH,FSH,PRL and LH/FSH, to survey the condition of the two groups' clinical symptoms and menstrual cycle's change, and to evaluate the intervene effect of this method. The SPSS17.0 is used on the data surveying, and x tes,T test will be used on the enumeration data.Results:Bushen Tiaozhou menthod can improve the PCOS patients' clinical symptoms and menstrual cycle' effective, and have the ameliorative effection of T,LH, will reduce the LH/FSH standard, so has a better effection than group using the Diane-35 only, especially the standard of E2 had a raise in various degree, with a marked difference after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tiaozhou menthod can improve the sex hormone metabolic disorder conditions of the PCOS patients, has a good healing efficacy of PCOS.
