The Clinic Analysis Of Abnormal Thyroid Function,Thyroid Antibody And Symptom Of TCM Of Vulgaris Vitiligo Annex 23 Cases With APSIIIC

objective:1.To investigate the serum lever of thyroxin,thyrotrophin,thyroid antibody of vitiligo patients and to analyze the correlation of vitiligo and autoimmune thyroid diseases.;2. To explore the relationship between serum lever of thyroxin,thyrotrophin,thyroid antibody and TCM type of vitiligo;3. To report 23 cases of APS.Method:1. Record vitiligo patients's name, sex, age, subtype, stage, type fo TCM with questionnaire.2. Theserum lever of thyroxin,thyrotrophin,thyroid antibody were measured in chemiluminscent immunoassay.3. Set up a database with Excel,using T test, X2 test and variance analysis to analyze datas with SPSS16.0.Results:1.More acromegaly type of vitiligo patients are at stable period.2. In Symptoms of TCM, there have no no significant differences in different stages, vitiligo subtypes, gender and age.3.Vitiligo Patients at the age of 14-25 have higher TT3 serum lever;Female Patients have higher TSH serum lever;Patients of general vitiligo have higher TT3 serum lever.4. Of all General vitiligo vitiligo patients, more female have autoimmune thyroid disease than male.5. In APSIIIC patients related with vulgaris vitiligo, more than 50% have insomnia (73.91%), anxiety (60.87%), lumbar debility (56.52%), depression (56.52%), palpitation (52.17%), irritable (52.17%).6. APSIIIC patients related with vulgaris vitiligo have abnormal Thyroid function, immunoglobulin, complement and have higher serum lever TGAb and ATPO.Conclusion:1. vulgaris vitiligo patients have thyroid dysfunction, and different subtypes have different serum lever of thyroxin,thyrotrophin while each TCM syndrome type have no significant differences. vulgaris vitiligo patients have higher serum lever of thyroid autoantibodies,33.3% patients have high lever of TGAb, 26.7% have high lever of ATPO, but positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies have no difference in clinical subtypes, gender, age, and TCM syndrome. The dectetion of thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies is helpful to discover thyroid disease (mainly autoimmune thyroid diseases) timely, and benifit to the treatment of vulgaris vitiligo.2. Patients with APSIIIC may not rare, especially in vulgaris vitiligo. dectetion the serum lever of thyroxin,thyrotrophin,thyroid antibody and note Clinical symptoms can reduce misdiagnosis.
