Objective:To objective evaluation of the Schatzker II tibial plateau fractures platform collapse, angulation, and platform widened the overall degree of displacement associated with the knee joint function, the choice for the treatment and after treatment to provide an objective assessment of prognosis based on a view improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:Schatzker II type of tibial plateau fracture treatment, fracture on the simple factors, the knee function in the case with the entire platform reset related to reduction of the platform the better knee function, the better.Methods:A retrospective study approach, according to inclusion criteria, sequential manner to the hospitalization of 30 cases of Schatzker II type of tibial plateau fracture study. Knee function results and score:The group of 30 cases,6 months after treatment follow-up, knee function score lowest score 20 points, highest score 28 points, an average of 25.27±2.18, contralateral score 30 points,2 There were significant differences (P<0.05).3.6 month review of X-ray on the tibial plateau fracture displacement after reduction, including the platform to collapse into a corner and broadening these three areas, and knee function in no correlation (rs collapse=0.058, rs broadening=0.07, rs angled=0.046; p<0.05), while the knee injury after reduction of the total score and the correlation between knee function (rs after injury in the total score=0.409, p=0.034<0.05).Conclusion:1. Schatzker II type of tibial plateau fracture treatment, fracture on the simple factors, the knee function in the case with the entire platform reset related to reduction of the platform the better knee function, the better. 2. For the SchatzkerⅡtype of the tibial plateau fracture, surgical treatment can significantly improve the platform, degree of injury (including the platform collapsed, widened, and into the corner case), after emergence of a high degree of loss of the tibial plateau.3. Knee function in follow-up at the end is not fully recovered.
