Research On Characterisitic Pharmacy Of Adiposis Hepatitis With Chinese Medicine

Objective:To study the peculiarity and rule on characterisitic pharmacy of adiposis hepatitis with chinese medicine.Method:Using the Microsoft Office-Excel software,from the datebase, collect the related 955 articles of adiposis hepatica to reseach treatment rules and distinguishing feature. Analyze the property and flavor, meridian distribution, functional use,pharmacology of the herb,so as to understanding the regular rate of treatment.at the same time,analyze the drug usage of the different kinds of adiposis hepatitis (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,Alcoholic fatty liver,acute fatty liver in pregnancy, virus hepatitis with fatty liver,hyperlipemia adiposis hepatica,diabetes adiposis hepatica).To discuss Chinese medicine treatment characteristic with Taiwan area literature and Professor Jin Shi's clinical care of fatty liver experience. Result:On the whole, to treat with this disease,the main idea is to use herbs to tonify blood and qi,regulate qi,despel dampness,plus stimulate circulation to end stasis,despel the phlem. As the detailed types,the drugs for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis are mild, mainly used for tonify qi and blood,plus rugulate bloold and qi,clear heat and help digestion. For Alcoholic fatty liver,except from tonify qi and despel dampness and stasis.The main methods are clearing heat and relieving alcoholism;as for the hyperlipemia adiposis hepatica,the main stress are removing dampness and promoting diuresis, purgating and eliminating sputum. As for the virus hepatitis with fatty liver, the stress are removing dampness and promoting diuresis,as for diabetes adiposis hepatica,reinforcing the spleen to replenish qi, regulate liver to detoxin and activate blood are very important. In Taiwan the TCM treat adiposis hepatica divided into 6 patterns:stagnancy of live-qi use "powder for treating cold limbs"(sinisan),water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen take peptic powder(pingweisan) or zexie decoction;blood sstasis dur to stagnation of qi pattern use decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest (xuefuzhuyutang)or guizhifuling pill;gastric fever and fullness should use major drastic purgative decoction(dachengqi decoction)or fangfengtongsheng powder; accumulated damp-heat should use the modification of yinchenhao decoction;deficiency of the spleen-yang and kidney-yang should use lingguizhugan decoction. Professor jin,introduce his precious experinces and analyze some of his medical record through clinical methods. In the dialectical foundation Professor Jin Shi should apply drugs to treats the fatty liver.
