Objective: To make an analysis of the contribution to complication of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea from its course and make a study on the influential factors about hypertension of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Methods: To collect the clinical material of 42 patients with obstructive sleep apnea such as the clinical course, Apnea Hyponea Index and so on,which were divided into hypertension and non-hypertension group and made analysis about the contribution to hypertension of the patients from pathogenetic condition. Results: The patients were divided into two groups according to their clinical course, and there was obviously statistics difference between the two groups(Ñ…2=5.707,p=0.017). The patients were also divided into two groups according to their Apnea Hyponea Index, and similarly there was obviously statistics difference between the two groups (Ñ…2=7.906 , p=0.019 ) . Furthermore, the patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had complication of hypertension, and the outcome showed that the percent of severe patients with obstructive sleep apnea also complicated of hypertension was comparatively high(Ñ…2=7.994,p=0.018).Conclusion: The severer the patients'state with obstructive sleep apnea, the longer the patients'course, the more the chance of complications. The severer the patients'state with obstructive sleep apnea, the higher the percentage of hypertension complication. It was very important to make an early diagnosis and treatment on patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
