The Clinical Efficacy On Treating The Adverse Effects Of Nephrotie Syndrome By Using Enough Glucocoriticoid With Nourishing Yin Clearing Heat Decoction

Objectives:To study the clinical effect by observing the clinical effects of nourishing yin clearing heat decoction. To observe the clinical effects of nourishing yin clearing methods, cortisol and 24 hour urinary protein quanity were tested. Meanwhile to explore the mechanisms of nourishing yin clearing decoction provide an effective treatment way for reducing the adverse effects produced in the process of treating nephrotie syndrome by using enough glucocorticoid.Methods:60 nephrotie syndrome patients fit for treating with glucocorticoid were chosen and divided into treatment group (30 cases) and contrast group (30 cases) at random. Patients of treatment group took the Yinhuazhidi Decoction,one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy; Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy only(using adequate prednisone as initiation therapy lmg/kg/d) as well as modern medicine conventional therapy. Before and after treatment the changes in quantitative measurement of 24 hour urinary protein quanity, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and the chinical symptom score of TCM were observed in the two groups.Results:(1) There were significant differences in yin defic fire hyperact clinical symptoms of patients caused during the treatment of using enough corticosteroids for Prevention and Care on nephrotic syndrome between both groups. The treatment group was obviously superior to those of contrast group(p<0.01).(2) Improvements of prophylaxis and therapy of cortisol in treatment group was superior to those in the control, (p<0.05).(3) There was no significant difference between both groups in decreasing proteinuria(p>0.05).Conclusion:nourishing yin clearing heat methods can remarkably improve clinical symptoms and reduce the adverse effects that caused by taking high glucocorticoid to treat nephrotie syndrome,.No toxic and side effects was observed after long-terms administration of Yinhuazhidi Decoction. So nourishing yin clearing heat methods is one of valuable pure traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of the disease.
