This topic will go to free radicals that use of drugs and acupuncture combined Treatment of simple obesity has achieved positive clinical effect.Objective:This topic aims to observe smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints of the simple obesity effect, through the study of randomized controlled trials to prove that smearing PTD-SOD on acupoints of the simple obesity efficacy, safety and promotion of nature to explore the treatment of simple obesity mechanism and initial exploration of the relationship between the meridians and free radicals.Methods:divide 60 cases of simple obesity into 2 groups randomly:PTD-SOD Cream Therapy Group and Needling Control Group, and observe the relevant index of obesity before and after treatment, that is, the index of changing situation of body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), hip circumference, waist-hip ratio (WHR) and biochemical indicators of that is related to triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and so the changes before and after treatment.Results:PTD-SOD cream treatment group,30 people, short-term clinical cure a person, marked 4, effective 13 people,12 is invalid, the total efficiency of 60.00%, acupuncture control group of 30 people. Recent clinical recovery 3, marked 8, effective 12 people, invalid 7, the total effective rate 76.67%. PTD-SOD cream treatment group compared with the control group, acupuncture was no significant difference (P>0.05).
