The Clinical Stuty Of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction Modified Combined Naofukang Capsule Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:Observational study of Buyanghuanwu decoction modified of TCM and naofukang capsule in treating vascular dementia the clinical efficacy and safety in order to explore an economic safety, efficacy, reliable, suitable for the treatment of vascular dementia in new methods.Methods:The 62 patients were selected from Wuhan No.1 Hospital of neurologyout-patientand inpatient departments, Cases into the diagnostic criteria according to the national Ministry of Health in 2002 issued "Guidelines for clinical research new Chinese medicine" in the diagnostic criteria, diagnosis and efficacy evaluation criterion used by the Chinese Medical Association in 2002 to develop the "dialectic of vascular dementia diagnosis and efficacy evaluation standards";dementia sub-degree and effect of the spirit under FOLSTEIN simple checklist (MMSE),BLESSED Behavior Scale (BBS), the daily behavior scale (ADL),Kang Laier Depression Scale in dementia (CSDD),the dialectical capacity of vascular dementia Table(SDSVD).Random, single-blind and erandomize-controlled methods are adopted to observe the curative effects of 62 patient with VD of mind or middle degree. The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined piracetam capsules and rehabilitation training, the control group taking piracetam capsules and rehabilitation training.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the two groups before and after treatment compared traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of P<0.05,BBS rating scale p<0.05,between the two groups before and after treatment showed symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and BBS rating scale points have more than a significant difference; the two groups before and after treatment MMSE,ADL,CSDD scale score comparison p>0.05, showed no significant difference between the two groups,but the treatment group, the total efficiency are higher.Conclusion:Through this research suggests that Buyanghuanwu Decoction and brain rehabilitation capsule in treating vascular dementia has a more precise clinical efficacy, can significantly improve patients with vascular dementia quality of life; also indicated that superiority of the combining Chinese and Western medicine system in the clinical...
