| Objective:To compare the clinical effect of the western medicine treatment program and the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment program in treating nephritis. And to explore an optimized treatment project in order to improve the clinical effect.Method:60 cases in compliance with the standard for chronic nephritis were randomly divided into the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group, each group had 30 cases. Two groups in age, gender, disease duration,24-hour urine protein quantitative and renal function were statistically no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. For the western treatment group, normal treatment method would be adopted; including reasonable rest, high-quality protein diet, lipid-lowering and diuresis, Control of blood pressure by the use of of benazepril (each 5~10mg,1 to 2 times a day), if necessary, combined use of Diovan (each 40~80mg, once a day). The combination of TCM with western medicine treatment group used the same normal treatment method as the western medicine treatment group, using non-ACEI, ARB class of antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure, such as calcium channel antagonist, on that basis bian zheng lun zhi method would be adopted.12 weeks would be taken as one period of treatment. Two groups were observed by the change of clinical symptoms, URT,24-hour Upro, kidney functions and the change of security indices before and after the treatment.Results:①effect of two groups on disease:the total efficiency of the combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment group was 83.33%, for that of western medicine treatment group was 76.67%,which indicated that the treatment effect of the TCM with western medicine treatment group was obviously better than the western medicine treatment group with sense of statistics (P<0.05);②clinical symptoms of the two groups'points:symptom score values of the two group after treatment were significantly decreased and different compared with that before treatment And the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment group was much better than the western medicine group (P<0.01); The combination of TCM with western medicine treatment group is clearly superior to western medicine group in improving the major symptoms of fatigue, poor appetite, lumbar pain, aversion to cold, loose stools (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in relieving edema (P<0.05).③Urine indicators were compared:after treatment, both of the two groups's24-hour urinary protein values were significantly decreased and different compared with that before treatment, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). In improving the symptom of hematuria the combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment group was also better than the Western medicine group (P<0.05);④Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of all the Patients decreased more or less, but there was no notable difference.⑤The side effects of the two groups during the treatment were not significant. Conclusion:the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment program was effective to treat chronic glomerulonephritis, Which could decrease urine protein, sediment RBC, improve the clinical symptom of patients with chronic nephritis, delay nephritis process; the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment program was better than western medicine treatment program. |
