Clinical Research On Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder With Point-Through-Point Theropy Of Scalp Combined With Groovy Acupuncture Theropy

Objective:To investigate clinical effectiveness and mechanism of head point-through-point theropy of scalp combined with groovy acupuncture theropy for Diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB).Methods:90 Patients were divided randomly into 3 groups, 30 of them were therapied by controlling blood sugar and head point-through-point theropy of scalp combined with groovy acupuncture theropy(treatment group); 30 of them were therapied by controlling blood sugar and Cisapride(control group 1), 30 of them were therapied by controlling blood sugar and groovy acupuncture theropy(control group 2), to study the three groups respectivel, we observed intensively differences of clinical symptom, bladder function, the blood sugar, improving glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid.Results:1,From sickness, the efficacy of traditional chinese medicine, the effective rate of 86.67% in the treatment group was better than 53.33% in the control group 1 and 60.00%in the control group 2(P<0.05).2,DNB from patients with bladder function, improve the indexes of the blood, the three groups of patients with bladder function DNB after treatment, lipid index was improved (P < 0.05), and improve treatment group was better than control group 1 and 2 groups (P < 0.05).3,The patient's blood sugar, fructose dnb of hemoglobin an index, for all three groups and indicators are less before treating improved (p < 0.05), but treatment of the contrast of group 1 and 2 of contrast and more significantly improve effectiveness (p>0.05).4,General clinical therapeutic effets, the effective rate of 86.67% in the treatment group was better than 53.33% in the control group 1 and 60.00%in the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,TCM symptoms in treatment group and comprehensive effect, the symptom score lower level, has good curative effect, obviously superior to that of the control group 1 and 2 groups.2,the treatment group of patients with bladder function, improve the indexes blood were significantly better than control group 1 and 2 groups. The above results can be seen through hole method combined with the head of ordinary acupuncture treatment DNB have better effect, it is worth popularizing.
