Objective: To study on the relation between IBW% and lung ventilate function in Uygur elder in ruraiHetian,Xinjiang .Method:To select 350 Uygur elder over 60 years old through random sampling from the 10 villages in Luopu,Moyu and Hetian county,Hetian,Xinjiang, were investigated with questionnaire, lung ventilate function test and physical examination to study the difference in lung ventilate function index of different IBW%.Result: The lung ventilate function index including FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FEF2575,FEF25,FEF50 and FEF75 in normal IBW% group is more higher than the high and the low IBW% groups(P<0.05), the low and high groups don't have obvious difference(all have P>0.05); The lung ventilate function and IBW% degree is postive related in low IBW% group (P<0.05) ;The normal IBW%group is negative related between FVC, FEV1 and IBW%(p<0.05); high IBW% group in lung function index FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%,PEF,FEF2575,FEF25,FEF50 and FEF75 contrast IBW% degree is negative related, but have no statistics significance.(p>0.05);The total FVC, FEV1 and IBW% degree is negative related(p<0.05) Conclusion:â‘ The lung ventilate function index and nutritional status is closely related in Uygur elder, lung ventilate function the index sign of normal nourishment is more obviously high than malnutrition and nourishment excess, but lung function the index sign don't have obvious difference between the malnutrition and nourishment excess.â‘¡In the malnutrition, the malnutrition degree is more big, the lung function index sign turns down obviously;Nourishment condition normal and total elders lung function index sign FVC and FEV1 decrease while nutritional status increased...
