Objective:To investigate the accuracy of the two diagnostic test,and to compare the clinical diagnostic value of freqrency doubling technology(FDT)and optical coherence tomography(OCT3).To study OCT's diagnostic volue of parameters.To offer reasonable refer targets for clinical doctors to diagnose glaucoma. Methods:Prospective diagnostic test.83(162 eyes)glaucoma and glaucoma suspects were enrolled and examinated by OCT and FDT.To obtain studied indices by the consequences and compare and combine the two diagnostic tests.To evaluate targets of OCT through receiver characteristic curve(ROC). Results:The sensitivity of OCT is 76.56%(95%CI 66.18%-86.94%), the specificity of OCT is 55.1%(95%CI 45.25%-64.95%),The sensitivity of FDT is 70.31%(95%CI 59.12%-81.5%), the specificity of FDT is 65.31%(95%CI 55.89%-74.73%).Comparing the sensitivity and the specificity of the two diagnostic tests ,the difference between them had not statistics meaning(p>0.05).The combined sensitivity were 88.4%,the combined specificity were 84.42%.OCT and FDT's pre-test probability were 39.51%,the post-test probability were 52.83% and 57.08%,they do not leap across diagnose-cure limit.All of OCT's twelve o'clocks and four quadrants have better diagnostic value,and OCT7,OCT11,inferior quadrant are the best value. Conclusions:OCT and FDT had better diagnostic value in diagnosing primary glaucoma,and the difference between them was not apparent.OCT and FDT combine would increase diagnostic value considerably.But in clinical application,we could not only depend on the result of OCT and FDT to determine primary glaucoma and need to detect further. |
