Objeetive:To investigate the relationship between clinicopathologic features and prognosis of radical resection gastric cancer patients. Methods:The clinicopathologic data of 190 gastric carcinoma patients were analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent radical or palliative gastrectomy in Xin jiang University Cancer Hospital. Age,sex, nation,PLT counting,CA19-9 counting,CA72-4 counting, tumor location, Borrmann type, tumor diameter, preoperative transfusion, histological type,TNM staging postoperative chemotherapy, were monitored. We investigated the relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of tumor, including survival. Results:The median survival time of 190 gastric cancer patients was 41.67 months and the overall 1,2,3 years survival rates were 85.26%,65.52% and 57.16%.Univariate analysis showed that the predictors of survival in gastric caneer patients were age anemia, tumor diameter,PLT counting,CA19-9 counting,CA72-4 counting,Borrmann type, preoperative transfusion, pathology type,TNM staging, and postoperative chemotherapy(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that only Borrmann type TNM staging and postoperative chemotherapy were independent determinents factors. Conclusion:The following prognostic factors can influence the survival of gastric cancer patients:age, anaemic,PLT counting,CEA counting,CA19-9 counting,CA72-4 counting, tumor diameter, tumor location, preoperative transfusion, pathology type,TNM staging and postoperative chemotherapy.Borrmann type,TNM staging, postoperative chemotherapy are the independence prognosis factor for gastric cancer patienis.
