Coenzyme Q10 is a widespread biological body of fat-soluble quinone compounds in the body in the respiratory chain proton translocation and electron transfer plays an important role, it can be used as cell metabolism and cell respiration activator, or an important anti-oxidants and non-specific immune-enhancing agent, with the promotion of oxidative phosphorylation reaction, to protect the structural integrity of biofilms. It has mainly the following effects:①Anti-myocardial ischemia.②Antiarrhythmic effects.③To enable the peripheral vascular resistance decreased.④To increase cardiac output, reduce peripheral resistance, contribute to the role of anti-heart failure, aldosterone synthesis and secretion and interfere with its inhibitory effect on the renal tubular effects.⑤It can activate the body's cells and cellular energy nutrition, increase the human immune system, enhance anti-oxidation, anti-aging and enhance the vitality of the human body. In addition, anti-toxic effects of adriamycin in the heart and nourish the liver and so on.The injection of this research is a sterile lyophilized preparation of coenzyme Q10, fully taking into account the very nature of coenzyme Q10, and the use of the advantages of freeze-dried preparation。Through careful comparison, design and screening the freeze-dried intravenous injection's prescription, also increase the bioavailability of coenzyme Q10. By influencing factors, testing, accelerated and long-term trial , it were demonstrated that both improved in optical stability and thermal stability greatly. Coenzyme Q10 lyophilized injection stability which is far more than that the available injection stability. Through the stimulation trial to demonstrate that injection of Coenzyme Q10 does not have hemolytic, irritation and allergy, which can be intravenous administration and intramuscularly. At room temperature and dark conditions, Coenzyme Q10 lyophilized injection storage stability is very good.
