With the gradual deepening of health care reform, many hospitals has stepped on a collectivized path. Hospital Group is a certain scale collection of medical institutions, which is based on good social infrastructure, the "leading" hospitals as the center, owning the advantages like medical technology, human resources, management and service, with a legal personality and investment management institutions, through the assets reorganization, merger, consolidation, cooperation, joint ventures and other forms, through the reform of institutional mechanisms, the concept of management and penetration of medical technology to form the full-feature, perfect service, scientific management, high technical level, strong core competitiveness. The advantage is that you can make an inventory of the stock of medical resources, establish a resource sharing mechanism of technical personnel, equipment, information and brands to achieve the sharing of medical resources and complementarities, and promote the maximization of resource utilization. The government has given a strong support to the practices of hospital collectivization. At the beginning of 2000, the State Council transmitted the"Guidance to Health System Reform in Cities and Towns", and clearly claimed "to encourage all kinds of medical institutions to merge and build a medical services group". In March 2009, the State Council of CPC Central Committee promulgated the"the views on deepening medical and health system", and proposed: Conditional hospitals may comply with the regional health planning requirements, can be trusted and restructured to promote the rational flow of medical resourcesMany hospital groups have set up websites by using the features of network like quickness, duration, variety to communicate the group culture, display their style, expand the brand effect, and enhance their visibility and appeal. Medical institutions and cultural harmony is not achieved overnight. Studies have pointed out that as all hospitals in the values, codes of conduct, ethics, cultural traditions, customs, ceremonies, and hospital image management system, there are differences in changing this culture in a short time, it is prone "acclimatized," which resulted in the failure of hospital mergers or restructuring. Some scholars said that the establishment of culture system needs 10-15 years to re-integrate in the hospital, and to form a new cultural system will be more difficult.Internet is media full of contemporary communication, has penetrated into all areas of society, an important platform for general public to get information and exchange ideas, and its impact on social development is also growing. As the technology continues to leap from time to time to achieve communication of the network to become the fastest means of communication, increasing the audience, the mass dissemination of content is also very popular. Good construction and management of the network platform to impact people's thinking, and promote cultural transmission of medical institutions, hospitals and cultural development and expansion of the Group have provided favorable conditionsIn this case, research on hospital construction and management of the Group network platform to realize and explore the culture of medical institutions in the dissemination of the Group's role and value has the necessary theoretical and practical significance. This includes two aspects: The construction of the network platform, and the network management platform. The construction of the network platform is easy for use and for good management; the management of network platform, is not just for site maintenance and updates, but also for the organization of cultural needs of medical institutions, to summarize the problems and give solutions to the network platform. The two are interdependent, mutually reinforcing and inseparable.The study is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is an introduction, mainly to explain the background and significance of topics, present the related research at home and abroad, the content and methods.Chapter two, from four aspects, based on theories and technologies, mainly introduces the network platform of hospital groups, refines and sums up the hospital group's position and the role of the network platform, describes the theory of the management and application in the network platform of the hospital groups.Chapter three is a network platform of hospital construction and management of the Group's survey, taken with online research and survey research methods, the network platform of the hospital group social research. In this study, the domestic Hospital Group website, department website, and the two ways of sites polymerization survey, and site columns set to investigate, as the basis for investigation to understand the construction of national hospital group's overall network platform overview lack of construction experience and limitations. Good management and establishment of the network platform for hospital groups can not only promote the spread of medical institutions culture, expand and enhance its reputation, influence, confidence and charisma, but also can improve the building and management level of the network platform in Group's units, and promote the cultural integration within the Group, so that the entire group will makes a concerted effort to achieve economies of scale and win-win synergies.
