Peer relationship is one of the most interpersonal relation of children. Peer acceptance and friendship is children's two important peer relationship. With in the process of a natural person become into a social people ,these two kinds of relations play an important role to the formation and development of children's personality. Peer acceptance is acceptance degreet which the group of children accept to individual.Friendship quality is the intimate relationship from individual to individual .We regard peer acceptance and friendship quality as the breakthrough point and discuss peer relationship of influence for children's personality in order to further understand children's personality development mechanism. Discussing peer relationship of influence for children's personality, it can not only enrich children personality development mechanism of the system of research, but also provide strong practical significance for children's personality education and intervention ,then it can achieve ultimate goal that cultivating children's harmonious and perfect personality of development .Based on the existing literatures at home and abroad about peer acceptance and friendship quality,we explore the structure of friendship quality through the Exploratory Factor Analysis with 392 of primary school students and Confirmatory Factor Analysis with 369 subjects, then explore the developmental characteristic of friendship quality through variance analysis with 700 subjects.we explore peer acceptance and primary school students' friendship quality infuluence personality development through regression method with700 subjects.The conclusions are as below:1 The structure of primary school students' friendship quality includes six dimensions: support,conflict,reliance,importance,communication,companionship and recreation.2 With better reliability and validity,this questionnaire could be used to test primary school students' friendship quality.3 As the grade increases, primary school students' friendship quality increasingly rise.4 There is significant difference between each gender in primary schools' friendship quality,and girl is significantly higher than boys.5 Primary school students' friendship quality mediate the relationship between peer acceptance and personality.
