Knowledgeable employees whose requirement is dominated by high-level need have become more and more. So it's the time to think about the traditional hierarchy leadership. At the same time, inclusive growth accelerates shared leadership proposed by the management concept from theory to practice.Shared leadership is a dynamic and interactive groups, the process of effect in this process devastates according to the mission by its corresponding characteristics of expertise of the team members perform leadership functions, and dynamics according to situation leadership role in order to realize the alternating teams and organizations goals. As a new kind of leadership, shared leadership which has been started rich theory, while empirical research just begun will be more and more popular.This study adopts document analysis, personal interview, questionnaire, case tracking and so on method, in order to discuss the knowledge employees shared leadership content structure and how the shared leadership perception effect team performance by team learning capability. There are more than 1200 knowledge employee-samples who come from schools, hospitals and enterprises forming 105 teams. Using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model, path analysis, survival analysis and so on many other kinds of statistical analysis technology, we get these conclusions:Firstly, the knowledgeable employees shared leadership content structure includes responsibilities sharing, team expectations and teamwork four dimensions. By using model of competition strategy gets exploratory factor analysis model is validated four factors, the results showed that the four factors model fitting index is good, which reaches the psychometric requirements.Secondly, the scores of teacher have higher than enterprise knowledgeable employees. There was significant difference between teachers and enterprise knowledge employees; Shared responsibilities and team expect these two dimensions teachers, medical personnel and enterprise knowledgeable employees there are significant differences between each; In team cooperation dimensions of shared leadership perception top teachers, and medical personnel, lowest teachers and enterprise knowledgeable employees there is significant difference. Thirdly, shared leadership team spirit, team cooperation, accrual sharing, team expect four dimensions by team learning capability effect team performance.Fourthly, there is a case which is based on thirteen teams eighty five knowledgeable employee from Shuanghui Enterprises in six months ,from the data we tested shared leadership including team spirit, team cooperation, accrual sharing, team expect four dimensions by team learning capability effect team performance.
