Study On The Function Of Governments In County And District Level In Cultural Industries

Government-oriented is one of the most characteristics of Chinese cultural industries In term of the specific history and conditions of modern China, it is a heavy government in every levels to promote cultural industries which is responsible for incubate cultural enterprises and promote cultural industries. As for governments in county and district level, how to push forward cultural industries in such a limited and certain area is not the need of the cultural institution reform but also the necessity of sustainable development of local economy by"upgrading the industries' structure and stimulating growth rate".With a gradual increasing attention played on cultural industries, it becomes an important consideration for local governments to further cultural industries. Especially cultural industries are taking an important role in economy and become key industry in some county and district as a new economy sector. Thus, governments are exploring ways to develop cultural industries by industries guide, macro macroeconomic control, different regions and governmental branches coordination and cultural project management and make it a very signification part of their work.On the basis of cultural management function of governments in county and district lever, this article will analyze the government role in cultural industries form three parts.
