Objective: This study based on revision of explicit attitude scale, then we use the scale measure implicit - explicit sexual attitudes of college students and learning current situation of dual sexual attitudes of college students. It provided strong basis for sexual health educationMethods: 467 college students were tested by SOS (Sexual Opinion Survey) and Revised. We used the Implicit Association Test IAT and the SOS scale to measure implicit and explicit sexual attitude of 97 students.Results: (1) SOS has good reliability and validity that can be the measurement tool of explicit sexual attitude.(2) Explicit sexual attitude scores in gender were significant differences, boys were more open than girls; the interaction between gender and grade was significant, first-grade and third grade and fourth grade boys were significant higher than girls, the second grade girls were significant higher than boys.(3) Regardless of stimulus material o are sexual vocabulary or sexual picture, Implicit sexual attitude scores gender, grade and with or without sexual experience, the main effect of sexual experience were not significant and the interaction between them was not significant(4) Correlation between explicit and Implicit sexual attitude were no significant, one level can not significantConclusions: (1) SOS scale may be measuring tool of explicit sexual attitude.(2) Explicit sexual attitude scores in gender were significant differences, boys were more open than girls; (3) Implicit Sexual attitude was not as same as explicit sexual attitude .the result show that college students have dual sexual attitudes.
