Question and answer logical theory is an important part of Gadamer's philosophy, and also is an important clue through his philosophy,"fusion of horizons","effective history","world experience", etc. all contain the question and answer logical theory. Gadamer's question and answer logical theory re-characterize the relationship between interpreter and text, reveal the nature of understanding and interpretation. A new model is provided for the human mind, and also a humble virtue and open mind are reflected. Question and answer logical theory of Gadamer get extremely valuable results, which make very important progress for the development of hermeneutics. So the in-depth study and discussion about question and answer logical theory, which is a very valuable pioneering research is very important and significant.The content of thesis can be divided into four parts. The first part discusses theories basis and ideological origins of Gadamer's question and answer logic. Question and answer logic of Gadamer is put forward on analysis of understanding historical and hermeneutics experience. Human is an existence with limited history, interpreter always interpret text with their own history of the former view. Only if the dialogue relationship is built between the interpreter and the text, the hermeneutical experience could continue to be renewed. Gadamer's question and answer logic is influenced by Plato's dialogue dialectic, Hegel's concept of dialectics and Collingwood's question and answer logic. The original meaning of dialectics is a conversation or dialogue. Plato's dialectic is a method of learning by the dialogue and debate, while the dialectics which is in the philosophy category is changed to metaphysics. Later, the dimension of the dialogue in dialectic is attached attention to in Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics. Gadamer indentifies with Collingwood question and answer logical view, that the reader correctly understand the meaning of text, only if understanding those questions which text answers as a reply.The second part discusses the priority of the question in hermeneutics, including the nature, classification and priority of the question. Nature of the question is that it has directional significance, the appearance of question opens up the existence of a thing to be asked, the things asked are turned into a particular background by the question. Question itself is an open question, and the openness of things which are questioned is uncertainty. However, the openess of question is not boundless, which contains boundary delineated by the question field. Gadamer distinguishes several different issues based on the analysis of the question nature, namely, "the real question and false question", "the right question and wrong question" and "distorted question". We can see that the question is in a priority in hermeneutics, the understanding starts from the question. Signification of the answer depends largely on the question, because the problem guides the direction of the answer. Interpreter takes them into the openness of question, and continuous fills the understanding of text in conjunction with the reality of the sight field during the reconstruction process.The third part discusses the interaction of question and answer in hermeneutics, including equality and dialogue relationship between the reader and text. Meaning of the text is born from the interaction of reader and text. The personality of text should be paid attention to, but also the reader subjectivity especially the interaction between them, because they are equal in dialogue. Gadamer believes that question and answer logic is also a kind of dialogue logic, including the structure of question and answer, which is the dialogue of interaction between reader and text. During the dialogue process, reader is in a main position or plays the main force, while text is not passive which has the initiative, creativity and reaction on readers.The significance and defect of Gadamer's question and answer logic is discussed in the fourth part. Question and answer logic is an important theoretical innovation in his philosophy history. The importance of the research about"Question"from the persepective of philosophical hermeneutics is emphasized. The reader's subjective creativity is promoted in the understanding. The monologue of the text is replaced by the dialogue of reader and text to achieve innovation to the hermeneutic method. The merging of historical sight and actual sight is realized in the first time. At the same time, there are also some faults. Question and answer logic emphasis too much on the creativity of logic which will weaken the objectivity of understanding. It can easily lead to turn hermeneutics to the reader centrism from the author centrism.
