The Analysis On The Language Characteristics Of Chili's Novel

Chi Li is one of the most representative New and Realistic writer in the contemporary literary circle , the research on her creations was mainly carried from the perspective of literature, most academicians analyse the novels from the New Realism meaning,the awakening of feminine self-consciousness aspects, or compare Chi Li with other New and Realistic writers. Till now, there is few researches on the language style, especially from the language characteristics and the general language style.The novel language is the research object, this paper analyses its language characteristics from the linguistic aspects. Language is the art form of thinking, literary language is always a highlight to readers. Especially in the contemporary literary world, if the novel's storytelling and thoughtful aspects has no breakthrough, the advantage of language can make up more to the whole novel; Chi Li has a rigid pursues to the novel language, based on the researches on the novels' literary and theme value, this paper analyses them from the language aspect, so we can get the quintessence of the creations,then the reader can have a deeper and better understanding of the novels and the Wuhan-style Language characteristic.This paper has five parts: the first part simply analyses the research on the language characteristics of Chili's novel is of great worth ; the second to forth parts are the core of the whole paper, the second part focuses on the general feature of Chi Li's novel, illustrates the full-bodied Wuhan-style Language mainly from the regional culture background and typical Wu Han dialect; the third to forth part shows the language characteristics of Chi Li's novel from the words selection and figures of speech, the third part emphasis on the words selection, analyses the flexible and creating use of the words,superiorly matches,lots of four-word expressions and reduplicated word emerging one after another; the forth part analyses the accessible metaphor,unique parallelism,vivid personification and bright exaggeration in Chi Li's novel from the rhetoric aspects; the fifth part is a summary to the whole paper.In conclusion, this paper tries hard to analyse and summarize Chili's linguistic artistic achievement, aiming to promote the research on writers' individualized language and enrich the Language Style theory to a certain degree.
