The Research On Three Problems Of Human Nature And The Cultivating Of Talents Of Marx's Theory

Over the long history, a number of philosophy have explained natural phenomena, the forming of the world and human nature from their different angles of philosophy. Throughout history till today, especially since Socrates, human nature becomes the focus of philosophers.Karl Marx cast critical eyes on the view of human nature of the predcessory, reexamined the history, and discussed human nature on the basis of historical materialism, opening a new page for historic development and changing the view of human nature. The change is mainly reflected at a totally new thinking pattern—Practical Thinking Pattern, which exceeds the traditional view to human nature. Marx's theory of human nature provided the guidance of world outlook and methodology in the research on the cultivating of talents. The essay discussed and analyzed three problems on the cultivating of talents in a great extend from Marx's theory of human nature and the cultivating of talents.The essay is divided into four chapters. The first chapter shows the process of Marx's theory of human nature and its concreat contents—abstract nature, realistic nature and practical nature. The second chapter discusses the outstanding problems existing in the consciousness in the cultivating of talents. The third chapter states the human social nature and the demand of the cultivating of talents, combining the social problems of the cultivating of talents. The fourth chapter, beginning with the human practical nature, analyses the problems which will meet in the cultivating of talents.
