Yao Xie and Jiang Chunlin were two famous Ci-Poem writers who mainly devoted themselves to writing career during Tao Kuang and Hsien Feng period time of Qing Dynasty. Their works collections - Yao Xie's Shu Ying Building Ci and Jiang Chunlin's Shui Yun Building Ci - were the representatives of Ci-Poem in the mid and later period time of Qing Dynasty. Yao Xie carried on the inheritance of Western Zhejiang Group's writing style in the mid-term of Qing Dynasty. He took description as the peculiarity of his works in order to show a magnificent environment which was fresh and clear. Otherwise, Jiang Chunlin led the tendency in the later period time of Qing Dynasty to follow Changzhou Group's writing style. He preferred to express his emotions and thoughts directly and display a desolate state which built on a vast world. Their works represent two different writing orientations, the personal writing inclination and the group consciousness writing formula. These two writing fashions of Ci-Poem separated from the whole during Tao Kuang and Hsien Feng period time. The group consciousness writing formula became the main stream since then while the personal writing inclination withdrew to a secondary place. This thesis makes reference to the origin and the history of Ci-Poem as the beginning.
