Ideological focus of modern art there is often weak form of performance art subverts the traditional aesthetic categories and forms the border, which reflect and involved life, an art form for the reflection of society.In the 1960s, Land art came into being, which is a kind of art form,using natural elements in an open space in a large scale for the creation.First, it extended the border of art to the nature, and expended the art distinction identified by traditional art and man-made creative concept beyond the nature. It also explored the relations of the appreciation of beauty and balance between people and nature, reshaping the beauty of nature in ecologic vision. Land art emphasized public character, looking for a much more wide range space to display.It was not limited by space so as to let more people appreciate art closely. It caused our self-examination of environmental problems, which helped the artists to express their concerns to some of the social problems.In the early 1990s,Land art was introduced into China,producing the thinking between people and environment, using China traditional culture and philosophic idea. It is the memory of the ethos revolution in nearly twenty years. The form of art is to be an intrinsic valuable and Chinese cultural expression in stead of drawing lessons from the west. However, for the commercial influence, in the recent years, the local construction projects aim to bengal-nagpur the development of tourism, declining the convergence and the aesthetic appreciation of the form of art. The reason was that we had no comprehensive understanding to Land art, which its artistic concept was overromanced, and became the stunt of environmental promoting.It deviated from the original environment concern, becoming the phenomenon of copy and imitation, causing the decline of artistry. Thus, As to the development of art, Emphasizing artistic and local cultural propety is the inexhaustible motive of the Land art.
