| In recent years, school mental health education develops very fast in China. Many cities have conducted a diversity of mental health education activities and achieved gratifying achievements. But some of the city's mental health education effects are not obvious. The reason is related with the school psychological health education work system, so attention on the psychological health education work system is concerned with the effect of the operation of psychological health education school. The country's education policy on the mental health education and school psychological health education needs provide support to this topic research.Our school mental health education develops unevenly. In Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing and other economic developed areas, secondary school education mental health level is higher. However, in the underdeveloped central and western and some remote areas, the mental health education level is lower. FY city belongs to one of Anhui province's undeveloped cities. It has its particularity and representativeness.This subject researches and investigates on the operation status of middle school psychological health education work system in FY, mainly through literature, questionnaire and case analysis. We found the psychological health education school system settings are not comprehensive. Teachers' team construction of the psychological health education is not complete; the curriculum system settings are optional; the psychological consultation system and psychological evaluation system is missing. But the teachers in FY, who bear psychological health education, are of high quality. And the teaching standard high executive is very good. They know what students think and their sorrow, so they can give students timely counseling and keep their secrets strictly. Most of the way is by appointment. When necessary, they do appropriate referrals. But tracking counseling is rare, and psychological archive building is a blank.Through the analysis, problems existing in the operation of mental health work system in FY city middle schools are obvious. Existing problems of running object class system result from the arbitrary system formulation, not completed content, the changeful implementation of the regulations and, formulating evaluation vacancy. The main bodies of the existing problems are teacher's low belonging in subject, low consciousness of discipline, low enthusiasm in activities of mental health education and the effect of mental health education activities is not obvious.A variety of reasons restrict the operation of FY city's middle school psychological health education work system. First, from perspectives of education administrative department, they don't enact relevant policies promptly and competent leadership value degree are insufficient. Second, from the school management level, we can see school's inadequate management makes its changing system implementation, and there is no supervision and evaluation in time, which makes its system vacancy and not perfect. Finally from the teachers' point of view, full-time psychological teachers are less. They encounter problem from one-sided attribution. Their role positioning is fuzzy, And their professional knowledge and technical level is limited.To improve the present situation and to solve the problems of the operation of psychological health education in FY city middle school work system, the education administrative departments of FY city should first formulate seriously rise psychological health education policies. At the same time, we should establish and perfect the psychological health education management system in middle school. Second the school should strengthen the management of the psychological health education, increase the strength of management, and operate timely supervision and evaluation. At last, teachers are to improve their vocational accomplishment and professional level constantly. |
