| January 17, 2007, Shenzhen successfully became the host city of the 26th World University Games in 2011. As the core area of this World University Games, the construction of Longgang Sports new town provides excellent carriers and support for the urbanization, modernization, and internationalization of the Longgang district. According to the urban plans of the Sport Town, the mountain area and Longkou reservoir at the west of the town which neighboring Dongguan, and Tongguling, Dalinggu next to the World University Games Center will be planned for sports ecological park. In accordance with international practice, in the city which hosts world-level games, it is helpful for the growth of the added value of the Games and the promotion of the host city's core values to build a park with the same name of the Games. Based on the high construction standard of the World University Games Center, the construction of the World University Games Nature Park will take this opportunity to make full use of existing natural resources and create a sports ecological park that serve the World University Games in game-time, and serve the general public and visitors after the games.Based on the situation of this World University Games Nature Park project and the research method of the combination of theory and practice, this thesis analyzed the feasibility of this project in details. First of all, the thesis introduced the relevant theories about feasibility study and briefly described the basic profiles of the project. Then it analyzed and demonstrated the project from the aspects of marketing, technology, economy, society and risks combined with the methods and procedures of feasibility study as well as modern engineering science, economics and management science. It finally get a conclusion that the project is feasible and provided some useful suggestions. |
