Plenty of researches on Self-Efficacy Sense have been made since it was put forward over 20 years ago.Theoretically, Self-Efficacy Sense is thought to take effect on individual behaviours only through some medium processes such as choice process, thought process, motive process and emotion-reation process.. The complete of behaviour operation, substitution of experience, persuasion with words and physiological conditions or emotion arousing are the four message sources which have effects on the forming and changing of Self-Efficacy Sense. Lots of positive proofs from abroad have supported this theory. The research work on Self-Efficacy Sense has been done in various fields in China since the 1980s. It has been put forward in the field of education since the early 1990s. The research focuses on teaching-efficacy sense and learning efficacy sense as well as the effects they have on teaching level and learning result. After a series of positive researches, the following haveobeen discovered.a.The teaching results of a teacher with a higher teaching-efficacy sense are better than those of with a lower one.b.The level of the students' Self-Efficacy Sense presents a trend of descent.c.Self-Efficacy Sense is remarkably related to learning result and reduction-learning strategy.d.The level of self-Efficacy Sense of a poor student is far lower than that of a bright one.With the research going further, some researchers point out that the effective way of2improving a student's studies and his all-round quality is to raise his level of Self-Efficacy Sense. The problem of the students in junior schools with leaning disabilities has been puzzling the teachers and the parents,. Because of a lower study motive and an unsufficent self-confidence, most of the students with learning disabilities have a lower Self-Efficacy Sense. So it is theoretically and practically important to study their Self-Efficacy Sense.Before the writing of this thesis, level of Self-Efficacy Sense of the students with learning disabilities is measured in a certain junior school by means of answering some questions in written form. Then the training of Self-Efficacy Sense is carried out. Finally the level of their self-Efficacy Sense is measured again. The research results show:a.With the grade going up, the level of the students' with learning disabilities Self-Efficacy Sense becomes lower.b.After the training of the students with learning disabilities self-Efficacy Sense. the level of Self-Efficacy Sense of the students in Grades One and Two rises remarkably compared with that of the students in Grade Three.c.The researches prove that the level of Self-Efficacy Sense of the students with learning disabilities presents a trend of descent with the grade going up.Therefore the following are proposed in this thesis:a.School education should be geared to the needs of all students, give chance of success to students of all levels and raise their level of Self-Efficacy Sense.b.During the change-over work of the students with learning disabilities the training of their Self-Efficacy Sense must be strengthened.
