In past over twenty years Wang Yang-ming's Philosophy of Mind was a popular project of intelletual research. But a noticeable phenomenon was that this kind of research concentrated on Wang Yang-ming himself. To say comparatively, the research on Wang Yang-ming School of Mind was very few. Through comparing the difference between Wang-chih and Zou Shou-yi, two pupils of Wang, this paper shows two directions in the change of Wang's Philosophy of Mind, thus to recognize Wang Yang-ming again. The paper consists of four parts. Firstly, We draw a outline of Philosophy of Mind by its function and structure, which can provide the background and context for the rest parts. In function, Philosophy of Mind builds up the innate ethic power of subject to save the society of Ming. In structure, it is a multi-dimensional system which are constituted by the law of logic. The multi-dimesion is the result of system- atization of Mind and it hides the possible directions in the change of Philosophy of Mind. Then, we disuss the same stance between Wang-chin and Zou shou-yi, which safeguard the doctrine of their maser to some extent through two channels: theory and practice. In theory, they abided by the law of intergration beween metaphysics and physics ,Ben-ti and Gong-fu to master the Doctrine of Liang-chin correctly. To some extent, they purified the Philosophy of Mind. Besides these, they used Doctrine of liang-chin to explain the heritage of Confucianism in order to perserve that the Philosopy of Mind also belonged to Confucianism. In practice, they made full use of Jianghui, a kind of private school from Song dynasty. to teach the Philosophy of Mind. The third part introduces their own thoughts. Wang-chin's achievement had three part: integrating ontology and cosmism, making Doctrine of Four-noting and believing Liang-chin. Zou shou-yi used sayings in "the Doctrine of the Mean" such as "There is nothing more visible than what is hidden and nothing more manifeast than what is subtle" to explain Ben-ti and Gong-fu of Liang-chin. The second achierement of Zou is to make connection between the Philosophy of Mind and "the Great Learning" and "the Doctrine of the Mean".The last part makes a comparsion on the basis of the system of the Philosophy of Mind and analysis the reason of their difference.Wang-chin changed the system of Wang's philosophy by two sides. One was that he made an emphasis on cosmism rather than on ontology by Wang Yang-ming. The other was that he mixed two levels of the system into one level. Zou shou-yi blended "liang-chin" with Neo-Confucianism of Cheng-Chu; in essence he didn't change the system. Then ,we analysis the reason of the difference, which result from their different life-experience and different thoughts'resouces they received. As a classic schoolar, Wang liked to thinking pure theoretical problems and adopted much from Ch'an Buddhism. To the contrary, Zou was one of the politic and cultural master in thecountryside. He touched the practical world more than Wang-chin and was influenced by Neo-confucianism of Ch'eng -Chu greatly. In a world, there are two directions in the change of Wang's Philosophy of Mind. Wang-chin poured Ch'in Buddhism into the Philosophy of Mind and made it Ch'anism. The other is Zou Shou-yi who leaded Wang's Philosophy of Mind return to Neo-confucianism of Ch'eng-Chu...
