From Modernism To Neo-Modernism--Product Form And History

This paper reviews the ideas of modernism, neo-modernism, form, form type and character, form in industry design, etc. Comparing the form factors of function, material, technology and structure, and comparing the famous academy and designer in modernism with those in neo-modernism, we can find out the reasons of the product form developing. That will actually help us to make sure the direction of product form developing.
