Zhou XueXi was a person who influenced of society in modern times of China. At the Revolution of 1911 period, he was called" the North Zhou and the South Zhang" with Zhang Jian.They promoted " industry save the nation" altogether. He went into business and run the industry. He established a series of modern times industries like Beiyang Silver Yuan Office , Beiyang Technology General Bureau, Tianjin Goverment Bank, Qixin Cement Company, Luanzhou Coal Mine company, Jingshi Tap Water Company, Huaxin textile Company, etc. He went into politics and acts as the Leader of Financial Office, and devoted to tax system reform, financial reform and salt affair work. Zhou XueXi succeeded in economy and politics, especially in economy. Zhou made enormous contribution to Chinese modern times. So his successful experience are very worth lessons to descendant .But at present, historiography inclines to pay close attention to the course of establishing industry and concrete conditions of the enterprise, etc. Less of people study his economic thoughts.
