On Ethnics Of Economics

This paper employs the materialism dialectic method of philosophy to establish the main contents and issues of question of economic ethics, which is derived from the interaction of economics, philosophy and ethics. The paper illuminates development process of modern economic ethics, the investigation situation at home and abroad, as well as the research methods and the research significance. Economic ethics is a branch of general ethics, and is also general ethics to be applied in economic aspect. The economic research target that ethics always is dual. It is not an ethics that is applied to regulate and evaluate economic activities with outside restriction. It aims to promote resources' efficient station and regulate the economic activities by economy ethics behavior. This can be seen as the main reason why economic ethics has such a dual target. The dual target still have a more deep source of ontology, that is, whether it is an economy or ethic, whether it is an economics or ethics, they exist for the sake of person, and they must obey" the person is a purpose" , this is the most basic subject. The dual target of economic ethics decides that we must evaluate the economy, ethics the behavior with same dual standard. If we only emphasize the economic behavior, regardless of regulating of ethics what function, regardless of the request of economic ethics in economic activities and behaviors, it is immoral; if we only focus on ethic, neglecting economic request for development and resources' efficient station, it is also immoral( for the request of economic ethics). The paper put the emphasis on the study that how economic ethics conducts and acts in economy run, and how economic ethics to be applied to solve benefits equilibrium of economic behavior. The emphasis is put not only on the essence and sense, formation and sense issues involved in the research process of economic ethics, but also on the common phenomena in the modern market economy. The paper also focuses attention on the public opinions and issues such as social justice, contract and justice, the root of social corruption, Re-seeking-activities. Some WTO knowledge urgently needed for the present economy development has been explicated too.
