| Poetry is an old and mysterious aesthetic subject, it is also the key reason which creates a virtuous interaction between the audience and the artistic works. China is a nation of poems and Chinese culture merges Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism together. The implied artistic expression and the profound aesthetic style not only constitute the basis of oriental aestheticism but also put forward the new subject for the merge between oil painting and Chinese culture, especially the aesthetic realm. Under the influence of commercialization, in the present Chinese cultural market, especially in the market of oil painting, the original balanced state has been broken. However, there appears a gap between the new cultural ideas and the traditional values, which awaits to be reconstructed. Chinese oil painting is in the dilemma in which the new and the traditional standards are contradictory. Every oil painter should consider the following cautiously: how Chinese oil painting face the new challenge; how to solve the problem of aesthetic realm and emotional resonance; how to connect the world art with Chinese art; how to set up the reasonable cultural ecosphere and finally enter the large recycle of world art. In this thesis, the author begins with acceptance of aestheticism and aims at establishing the virtuous interaction between oil painting and its audience by using poetic communication. The author illustrates the four main points as follows: the identity of the essence between poem and painting; the long expectation of Chinese aesthetic groups for the oil painting; the poetry inclination which makes the many famous oil painting works' everlasting and finally Chinese oil painters' exploration on oil painting.To sum up, the author holds that in the global cultural context, the background is that the modern artistic standards are pluralistic and contradictory with the reader-centered inclination. The development of Chinese oil painting should be basedon the traditional culture, absorbing the foreign culture extensively. Furthermore, it must focus on the development of aesthetic space and interaction of oil painting, attaching more importance to the relation between reality and fabrication, the blending of feelings and settings. The creation of oil painting should permeate and intensify the cultural atmosphere in the picture; enlarge aesthetic space of the artistic works; deepen their aesthetic subject and refine the aesthetic taste. Through poetry, the artistic appeal can be enhanced, the aesthetic communication improved so as to set up the virtuous interaction of Chinese oil painting and the world art. The cultural ecosphere could come to be perfect. Therefore, we not only absorb the essence of the foreign culture, replenish the new element for Chinese oil painting but also grasp and make full use of the traditional culture, develop our unique national style and create excellent artistic works of Chinese oil painting. |
