A Preliminary Study On The Right-interests Guarantee For The Elders Of The Han Dynasty

Since the latest century, there have been so many ancient tablet-silk books unearthed in China. Most of them are the tablets of the Qin Dynasty or the Han Dynasty. They become the newest and abundant materials for us to study the history of the Qin Dynasty and the Han Dynasty .On the basis of them and some other classical documents handed from ancient times, this thesis has preliminarily studied on the rights and interests of the elders of the Han Dynasty.This thesis mainly includes five parts. Part One gives out a definition about the elders of the Han Dynasty. Part Two mainly researches the elders' dignity in the Han Dynasty. Part Three mainly inquires how to guarantee the living. Materials of the elders in the Han Dynasty. According to some of law materials, provided by Zhang-jia-shan Tablets and Wuwei Tablets, the fourth part analyzes the rights and interests that the elders shared in the Han Dynasty. Part Five mainly analyzes the historic reasons, positions and limitations of the Right-interests Guarantee for the elders of the Han Dynasty.
