On The Narrative Wisdom Of Wang An-yi's Fiction

Wang An-yi is a dab at telling stories in the new era .By using for reference the fundamental theory of the Orient and Western Narratologies, this paper aims at analyzing narrative strategies of Wang An-yi's fiction. Wang An-yi herself also confesses that a fiction is a story and that a story has a good form. She proposes her "Four Nos" opinion. She practices her narrative concept in her fiction. The relatively fixed but freely changed narrative perspective, the linearly flowed but logically related narrative structures the narrative language going from specific aspect to abstract aspects the routine trival but rich in poetic flavor narrative images, all these make her particularity of "no particularity". By analyzing her fiction, this paper also aims at further broadening the narratology field.
