The data from abroad and domestic has proved that affective factors play a significant role in foreign language teaching and learning. This paper is attempted to prove that what FL teachers have done in the classroom does affect FL learners' affect, and therefore influence the latter's school achievements. This paper likes to tell all FL teachers the idea that teaching is no longer seen as imparting knowledge to the student. The writer also advocates that all FL teachers should improve the traditional teaching approaches by affiliating the affect factor with them. Only by doing this can teaching meet the needs of 21st century education-quality education. By doing this research, the writer hopes to do a favor for English learners of our country, because English will be a most important language in the 21st century.
