The Dialect In The Eastern Boundary Of Ninxiang And Xiangxiang County In Hunan

So far ,the boundary between Changyi dialect and Loushao dialect was based on the administrative divisions all the time.In the dialect atlas we have seen ,the dialect in Ninxiang and Xiangxiang county belong to the former and the later respectively. Although this kind of division is mainly acceptable ,it is not completely correct. The thesis mainly supplies language facts and language materials .On the basis of fully investigations , applying systematic and comparative approaches ,it has descriptions of dialect in the eastern boundary between Ninxiang and Xiangxiang ,and of the transitional facts from Changyi dialect to Loushao dialect in Xiangxiang county.First , we have an introduction of the meaning of the topic and the approaches applied.In Chapter One , we introduce the location and dialect of Ninxiang and Xiangxiang county simply .The present study on the topic is also showed.In Chapter Two , we describe the phonetics system of three towns in southern Ninxiang county. Among the three towns, Huitang is discussed in detail.In Chapter Three, we introduce other three towns in northern Xiangxiang county, what's more ,a system comparison is also made. According to this , we can say that they belong to Changyi dialect too .In Chapter Four , suppling phonetic characteristics of some typical areas in Baitian ,we point out the transitional facts in Xiangxiang county.The final chapter draw a conclusion of the whole essay.
