In order to fulfil the task of changing the students' ways of learning in the curriculum reform, we,first of all, should make clear two questions: what is active and individualized learning? what principles teachers should obey and which strategies teachers should take to guide the students' learning? This article ,based on the research of learner autonomy abroad and taken the characteristics of subject of Chinese into account ,points out that teachers should attach more attention to the improvement of students' self-efficacy and cyclic model of self-regulated learning which is the blank spot of research and practice in our country and strengthen the students' ability of self-regulated learning while we absorb the element of promoting learner autonomy in traditional Chinese learning concepts. And it also probes into the key points in learning strategies in view of "giving priority to thinking " before class, "emphasizing interaction" in class and "paying attention to feedback " after class .
