Study difficulty means an abnormal phenomenon, the normal children of amentia sense organ, has not reached the required level complying with their intelligence in study grade yet although depending on the common school education. Study difficulty is a general existing problem in every country, because the number of child with learning difficulty occupies certain proportion among all students. It causes a widespread attention of governments in various countries, education circle and psychological circle. It also becomes front and hot subject of special education study. The concept and origin cause of questions to study difficulty, and how to educate and correct those students according to their physical and psychological characteristics, which becomes the center of research. At present, people are still in exploring in many aspects. The study on this field is expanded from physiology, medical science and neurology of studying initial stage to pedagogy, psychology and lots of domains. With the rise of cognitive psychology, psychologist research is also from study the field on difficulty reason to the analysis of cognition and metacognition, including characteristic and course of cognition. The research proceeds with metacognition angle of the child with learning difficulty. Through research to child with learning difficulty and fine children before and after what strategies interference, the ones performed the contrast on different situations in the tactics of memory organization so as to study strategies how to act on difficult children's memory organization way and memory influence function. They probe further into the origin cause and characteristic of the child with learning difficulty. As it turns out to be:1. Strategies implying has certain positive facilitation to the memory achievement of the child with learning difficulty.2.The effect of strategies implying on memory score is different between child with learning difficulty and the good. It is relatively light for child with learning difficulty affected by strategies, adversely study fine children relatively heavy.3. This two kind of students under influences are different. As to the children with learning difficulty, the influence under strategies implying are greatly by the age-increasing ,and to the excellent learning abilities, One and five grade children receive relatively a little influence, and three grade students relatively great. 4. The degree of using retention suggestion tactics is different between child with learning difficulty and the good. But they all have a trend of improving constantly with the growth of age, the ones with good records behave more remarkable than the ones with learning difficulty.
